These past couple weeks of my life, I have held a brain in my hands, earned my driver’s license, read fabulous novels, and cried real tears. I’ve laughed from my belly, watched the sky change colors in silence, and allowed myself to simply exist in the world around me. And honestly? It all began with one spontaneous decision: deleting Instagram.
